Christina Ward - July 2011 When I had to sell my parent's home, due to their failing healh, I was pleasantly suprised to find Andy Beale of Prudential Towne Realty, who came highly recommended by a former client of his.  He was amazingly supportive and proactive.  Most importantly, Andy was extremely flexible, communicative,  available to answer all of my questions, and assisted me with alacrity.  While these are all fine qualities to have in a Realtor, most impresive is that he sold our home far more quickly than expected in this economy.  I am extremely grateful for Andy helping to ease this burden and allowing my parents to quickly get relocated closer to family.  The easiset part of this move was hiring Andy Beale.  His casual but always professional demeanor was present through the entire process.  I look forward to working with Andy again in the future and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to sell or purchase a home.
